Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Perishable goods such as food & beverage, flowers cannot be returned
  • Shipping charges are non refundable
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Contact us at sales@HKA96815.com to initiate your return. Please include information about the items being returned and the reason for your return.
  2. You will be contacted within 2 business days with return/exchange instructions. 
  3. Pre-Paid and printable return labels will be sent via email.  
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided. If you are not able to use the provided label sent via email let us know and we will offer an alternative

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 

All refunds are made to your original payment method. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
